Soap Dispenser Design Styles
There are several different styles of soap dispensers in the public restroom. All public restrooms require soap dispensers and the design styles of each varied from every application. Some dispensers are automatic, foaming or bulk dispensers. There are powdered soap dispensers, disposable soap dispensers and antibacterial soap dispensers. Foaming Soap Dispensers
Foaming Soap Dispensers are a great way to keep good hygiene in the public restroom. Foaming soap dispensers use significantly less soap and have been shown to even reduce the amount of water used while hand washing. Foaming soap dispensers are available in touch-free styles, bulk foaming soap dispensers and in designer styles like the American Standard (ASI) Roval® Stainless steel soap dispenser. Palmer Fixture offers a Touch-free, Electronic, Bulk Foaming Soap Dispenser SF0802-09 that works on four "AA" batteries and has a stainless steel casing. This dispenser is ADA compliant and has a LED light. Completely touchless and offers a true no-drip system which prevents waste of dripping soap. Palmer Fixture also offers a manual style foaming soap dispenser SF2111-08 that hold bulk 1000 mL of foaming soap. This keeps maintenance costs low as the dispenser does not need to be refilled as often as some other dispensers. This dispenser is easy to use and easy to refill. There is a large viewable window that lets you know when to refill the dispenser. Locking dispenser to help prevent vandalism and theft.
Powdered Soap Dispensers
Powdered Soap Dispensers are found in many public school buildings and places where you want to keep clean-up simple. Powdered soap is much easier to clean up any soap spills especially spills that may be caused by vandalism. Public schools have used powdered soap as it easier to clean up the mess and cheaper to maintain. The powdered soap actually has some grit to it and can really get your hands clean. Another great application of powdered soap is in an environment that requires a higher grit soap to really get your hands clean.
Lavatory Mounted Soap Dispensers
Lavatory Mounted Soap Dispenser are a streamline design for any public restroom. These only show the dispenser spout on the surface of the sink basin and the soap refill is under the basin. These are clean and clutter-free. The Bradley 6315 Soap Dispenser is touchless and helps prevent cross contamination. It works on 4 "D" Cell batteries and there is an optional A/C adapter kit. ASI offers a refillable deck mount soap dispenser ASI 20333 that hold up to 54 oz. of soap. This dispenser has LED's to indicate function, battery condition and soap supply level on the front face. The translucent tank is mounted below the sink counter and allows for an easy view of soap supply at any time. The Bradley 6326 Lav-Mounted Soap Dispenser is available with a 16 oz or 32 oz plastic reservoir or they also offer a 16 oz stainless steel reservoir. The pump is stainless steel.
Surgical Soap Dispensers
Surgical Soap Dispensers are for use in a health care setting. These dispensers are either foot operated or hand operated. They dispense antiseptic solutions and synthetic detergent soaps. The ASI 0350 Surgical Soap Dispenser is surface mounted and has a chrome plated brass bracket and polyethylene globe to hold 16 oz. of antiseptic solution. Bradley offers a surgical soap dispenser BR-6843 that is foot operated and holds up to 32 oz. of antiseptic solution. The spout also rotates a complete 180 degrees.
