Cal-Royal YLV series divided reverse Y-blade inverted louvers are 90 minute fire rated (see
chart below) for use in fire rated door applications under positive and neutral
pressure. These louvers or door grills can also be use in non-fire rated
doors. These door louvers are manufactured with 18 gauge cold rolled steel frame and blades
and has mitered welded corner
frame construction. Divided row Y-blades are frame supported at 1” increments with
blocked vision design. Fastening screw included. Designed for
doors with a minimum thickness of 1⅜”. Baked on
dark bronze powder coat
finish.
Note: Order size equal to opening size. Follow all door manufacturer’s
instructions for use and installation of all door louver products.
Aluminum insect screen (optional above).
Unframed insect screen installed with rivets or screws. Screen is
secured to the inner side of the louver panel towards the corridor
side of the door louver.
