The Babcock-Davis BRW Recessed non-rated access doors for walls and ceilings are
manufactured with 16 gauge steel provides access to openings through horizontal
and vertical surfaces. This access door is designed to receive 5/8" drywall. The
BRW access panel comes
standard with a
screwdriver cam latch but the key operated cam latch (keyed alike) is available (optional
above).
Mortise Lock Prep for a 1-1/8" cylinder lock is also available (optional
above) and the 1204 1-1/8" Mortise Keyed Cylinder (optional
above). Concealed continuous piano hinge available (optional
above)
Rough opening is door size + 1/4" minimum
